    Project Output Philippine Missions Association Information system (PMA-IS) Problem Domain Inability of the existing system to generate reports, Inability of both the users and the existing system to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data entered, Loose user accountability on data entered Proposed Project Output Generation of complete and up-to-date reports to authorized users at any given time. Objective and Significance of the project To produce application software that is user-friendly, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-navigate, To generate reports that the users need. Information is crucial in monitoring performance. Information combined with technology brings in more results, but, only if the said technology is able to deliver the kind of information the users so desire. That is the significance of this project. Identity of project sponsor The Philippine Missions Association (PMA) is the missions arm of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC). It is the supposed-to-be key player in the monitoring and facilitation of missions programs in our country. Listed below are the people I had talked to and had given me valuable information along with survey forms and data. Ptr. Robert Lopez – Outgoing Director Ms. Roselyn Kuizon – Training Head Ms. Mrcy Babiera – Administrator (deceased) Mr. Ronald Madocdoc – Technical Staff Description of setting and institutional background PMA is the one charged in mobilizing churches to mission events and trainings, monitors attendees, monitors missionaries’ whereabouts, and provides them assistance if needed. Description of the system development process An object-oriented approach is used. The system life cycle starts and ends with clients requirements, which indicates the iterative nature of system development. Design studies to use during development Context diagram and dynamic models such as use cases, and entity-relationship diagram. Project Assessment Scheme Pre/post-implementation testing, acceptance testing and beta-testing
