Abstract
The Survey Statistics Information System is intended for use by the research and administrative staff of the Novaliches District Hospital to streamline their patient satisfaction survey process. Since the current process is, depending on the department, either to get all patients, or to use convenience sampling, there would either be too much work (if all patients were surveyed), or a possibility of bias (since not all patients have an equal chance of selection). The objective of this information system is to move surveys towards probability sampling, which saves time and effort on the staff implementing the survey. The information system also provides automated statistical reporting with visualizations, which translates into actionable insights on the part of hospital administration, without needing to hire trained statisticians to interpret statistical reports.
