dc.description.abstract Barangay San Antonio 1, Noveleta, Cavite, still relies on manual and fragmented channels for incident reporting, emergency communication and response coordination. Such practices may hinder information flow, make it harder to check reports and limit the capability of barangay officials to see affected areas in emergency situations. This project developed Respondr, a geo-tagged barangay reporting and disaster response system to provide a localized web and mobile platform for residents, barangay officials, and administrators. Respondr lets residents send incident reports with description, photos and saved coordinates; track report status; view alerts and announcements; and view community locations on a map. Barangay officials can view incoming reports, update the lifecycle of the incident, add entries for response, manage alerts and announcements, monitor SMS logs, view analytics and manage vital mapped locations such as evacuation centers and community landmarks. Role-based access controls allow administrators to manage users and monitor system activity. The system was evaluated in terms of automated backend API tests, a full-stack manual regression matrix, production smoke and performance checks, a backend security review and a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) user evaluation. Manual regression matrix completion had 100 passed cases out of 100 and automated backend API integration suite had 31 passed tests out of 31. Fifteen (15) participants took part in the TAM evaluation, 10 residents and 5 barangay officials. The results indicated high acceptance with a mean overall TAM of 4.81. These results show that Respondr met the functional requirements tested and the system was found useful and easy to use by users in enhancing the reporting of incidents, communication during disasters, and coordination of responses at the barangay level.
