dc.description.abstract This project was developed for The Lewis College, Sorsogon City (TLC). The project was initialized because of the problems encountered with handling the IT equipmen of the school. One of the problems was the lack of proper turning over of IT equipment accountabilities to employees which this project has absorbed. The project used Rapid Application Development as methodology for the developing ITEAS. Information system theory that the project adapted was the TOE Framework. For system assessment, the project utilized USE questionnaire with five point Likert scale scaling from Strongly Disagree. to Strongly Agree. 15 respondents across the departments took the survey. Overall, the result was equivalent to Strongly Agree.
