Online Benguet State University Alumni Federation Servicing System

Abstract

The BSU Alumni Federation office is one sector of Benguet State University which provides services to its graduates. The increase of the school’s yearly graduates causes logical problems in Managing alumni records. Records of graduates were store in file cabinets, thus, managing this size of data have tendencies of file damage and misplaced files which made searching an alumni record extremely time-consuming. To solve this problem, a project entitled “Online BSU Alumni Federation Servicing System” was proposed to provide a web-based format for storing data ang for posting announcements, news, events and jobs. The project provides an outline covering the BSU Alumni Federation’s system requirement analysis and design methodology using Rapid Application Development paradigm. This resulted to a faster, easier and less expensive way of servicing BSU Alumni Federation.
