dc.description.abstract The study was conducted for a period of one month among preschool educators in Singapore. Fifteen participants both from the public and private school sector were interviewed using a questionnaire that was formulated by the researcher. The study aimed to find out the views and opinions of Singapore preschool educators when it comes to teaching environmental education to children in their early years. Results show that all educators agree that it is important for children to be educated about their environment as early as preschool. However, there are some concerns and issues that need to be addressed in order to make sure that the young learners would benefit and environmental education would be taught effectively.
