This paper presents an alternative tool for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) wanting to tap the World Wide Web (WWW) to expand their line of products in the global community. It developed a web-based content management information system for SME to save development cost and proved user-friendly interface for the management of content information in the Website. An open-source Content Management System (CMS) called Joomla was used and customized to be suitable for SME use, Joomla is designed for generic application. This paper was able to develop additional extensions and modified the default configurations such that a Joomla Package for SME is formed. It used an Internet Speed Development Model in the development life cycle that leads to the development of three components, one module, one template, and three customized template form siteground.com. The output of this paper is Joomla for SME package ready to install and reusable. It is designed to be applicable to all SME website implementations. All features of Joomla are inherited in Joomla for SME and the added extensions were for better SME functionality.
